Changes to our online services

We have updated all our practice systems. The move has affected all our patients who currently have an on-line user for their repeat medication and booking appointments.

You will have to be issued with a new user and password to access the new system. These will be issued in the coming weeks.
If we have already verified you at your initial sign up, we will send your new user and password to the email address we have on file.
Patients for whom we do not have an email contact will have to come into the practice to pick up their new user and password.

Unfortunately, If you have not yet received your new log in details you will not be able to order you repeat medication or book appointments on-line. As this is a manual generation process and as we have over 2,000 on-line users this may take some time. Please contact us mid June if you have still not received your new log on details.

We thank you for your patience and support as we make this big move in the practice and hope that you will continue to use our online system in the future.
 

If you need assistance with our online system please email your enquiries to hamp-pct.newmiltonhc@nhs.net  Our emails are read regularly during our normal working hours and we will email a response as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can notify us about the problem by phoning the surgery on 01425 621188. However please provide our reception staff with a valid email address so our ICT support can follow up your enquiry in due course.
