Practice Management


Our business Managers are Matt Perkins and Kelly Anderson. They are responsible for the efficient management of the Coastal Medical Partnership.

Louise Hancock is our Operations Manager she supports the Business Managers and is happy to discuss queries, comments and suggestions regarding the day to day running of the Practice. Gabrielle White is our Deputy Operations Manager.


Our Administration team work hard to support the Doctors and the Practice team. The Administration team are responsible for keeping our practice information and patient’s medical records accurate and up-to-date. They invite patients for appointments when necessary and monitor patients who should attend the surgery for a variety of reasons. Their roles also include: Patient participation, Non-NHS work, organising vaccination programmes, The Family and Friends Test, Patient education of our services and Health conditions (such as Dementia), Appointment rotas, creating documents, arranging staff training, payroll and finance, providing ICT support, maintaining our website and ensuring we are up-to-date with national and local requirements (e.g. CQC and QOF).


Our receptionists are specially trained and do a very difficult job in trying to meet the needs of both the patients and the doctors. They will deal with your queries, appointments and repeat prescriptions as efficiently and as quickly as possible.


Our secretaries work hard to get your referrals to the hospitals as quickly as possible after the doctors have dictated their letters. If you have any administrative queries concerning your referral they can advise you how best to get your questions answered.
