an appointment with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

Changes to our online services
If you are trying to book an urgent appointment for a child please
call the surgery as we aim to have a practitioner see them on the
same day. In the case of emergency appointments, the doctors will
see all under 5’s within 2 hours.
We regret that it is not possible to book appointments for Medicals
or Coils (implantation/removal) online.
If you need assistance with our online system please email your
enquiries to
hamp-pct.newmiltonhc@nhs.net Our emails are read regularly
during our normal working hours and we will email a response as soon
as possible.
Alternatively, you can notify us about the problem by phoning the
surgery on 01425 621188. However please provide our reception
staff with a valid email address so our ICT support can follow up
your enquiry in due course. |
